INFOTRAN, as a sub-consultant, is providing construction management services during the planning, design, and construction phases through project close-outs. The energy program assignments involve inspection of multiple developments which include lighting upgrades in apartments and common areas, replacement of boilers, heating controls, installation of hot water heaters, installation of water measures such as toilets, aerators, showerheads in apartments, and installation of windows.
