PMC Services for Replacement Of 19 Elevators at Various Locations

The project provides Project Management, Construction Management, and Design Compliance Services (PM-CM) to assist MTA C&D in administering, managing, overseeing, and coordinating the replacement of 19 elevators at 11 subway stations in New York. The Project includes reconfiguration of the Elevators Machine Room (EMR), ADA Accessibility Upgrade, upgrading communication systems and commissioning of elevators, communication work, mechanical, electrical & plumbing work, and architectural & civil work.

INFOTRAN as a sub-consultant is serving as the Design Compliance Manager and lead architect for the PM Team, to oversee and verify that all design and construction activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the PMC contract requirements. Our team will also conduct quality oversight for the State of Good Repair Work (SGR) at selected subway stations which includes architectural finishes replacement, structural steel, concrete, and waterproofing. The team will prepare reports regarding the progress and quality of the PMC Project, problems, issues, and concerns with respect to the status of the PMC Project and recommendations to address issues.
