Project Management Consultant Services Rockaway Line – Design-Build Long Term Flood Mitigation
The Technical Scope of Services for these PMC Projects includes, among other things, coordination of all work on the PMC Projects with the work for other Projects in the Rockaway Line to assist the MTA in its realization of the Program Objectives.
The scope for this package includes installation of flood mitigation measures such as room hardening, provision of an emergency generator; installation of debris shields along the Rockaway Line Right of Way (ROW), washout protection at the bridge abutments, construction of a new signal facility, and compressor facility at the Beach 105th Street Station. The limits of the projects are from Howard Beach Station to Rockaway Park Yard. INFOTRAN as a sub-consultant is awarded to provide support to oversee and verify that all design and construction activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the PMC contract requirements. Our team will conduct quality oversight, including reviews of the PMC Project to ensure that quality is monitored consistently. We will prepare reports regarding the progress and quality of the PMC Project, problems, issues, and concerns with respect to the status of the PMC Project, and recommendations to address issues.
