System-Wide Grouting Repairs
INFOTRAN as a sub-consultant is provided Consultant Construction Management services to the New York City Transit in the management of Phase 1 of the action plan addressing the signal and track maintenance. Under this project, INFOTRAN provided project controls, maintenance, detailed inspections of all components of grouting repair works, TA services and GO coordination, implementing site safety and WZTC on street level, field measurements and data collection for detailed daily, weekly and system wide reports, delays reporting, QA/QC controls.
