PM CM Services for Replacement Of 18 Escalators at Seven Locations In New York
The project provides Project Management, Construction Management, and Design Compliance Services (PM-CM) to assist MTA C&D in administering, managing, overseeing, and coordinating the replacement of 22 escalators at 9 locations in the Boroughs of New York. The Project includes reconfiguration of the Escalators Machine Room (EMR), ADA Accessibility Upgrade, upgrading communication systems such as Fire Alarms, and CCTV, Commissioning of escalators, and Stations Improvements for nine stations.
INFOTRAN as a sub-consultant is awarded to provide support to oversee and verify that all design and construction activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the PMC contract requirements. Our team will conduct the quality oversight for the installation of ADA-compliant elevators at all stations and will perform state of good repair work at selected stations. The team will prepare reports regarding the progress and quality of the PMC project, problems, issues, and concerns and will use ASITE software to organize and plan documentation with respect to the status of the PMC Project and recommendations to address issues.
