INFOTRAN as a subconsultant will perform daily surveillance and inspections to verify that the work of the contractors is being completed in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. The scope of work includes ACM and lead abatement, Removal of telecommunications equipment by utilities (coordinate with various utilities), Remove existing 4-ply membrane roofing material at the main, bulkhead, and canopy, and replacement with a cold fluid applied reinforced roofing system at all buildings, Roof deck replacement at main roof, Roof railing replacement, and Repairs to rooftop structures repairs: (bulkhead repairs, bulkhead door. replacement, removal and rebuild compactor stack, replacement of bulkhead metal staircase, brick repairs at bulkheads, demolition of smoke rooms, repair of concrete roof tank support structures, replacement of roof drain body and dome with all accessories.
