CM as Agent Services for Morris II Houses
CM services are being performed on behalf of NYCHA for the Morris Houses II. The scope of work includes brick repairs, window lintel replacements, concrete structural repairs, asbestos abatement, waterproofing, replacing roofing perimeters affected by the replacement and/or repairs of the existing parapet walls, repairs to spalled and cracked concrete, repointing mortar joints and replacement of through-wall flashing, construction supervisory & management performing in accordance with NYDOB & NYCDOT standards.
INFOTRAN as a sub consultant is providing pre-construction survey, formation of new templates for accurate documentation, maintaining submittal log, shop drawings in conformance to approved plans and specifications, performing cost estimation, RFI, RFC, claims & change order processing for efficient contract management, supervising roof replacement, brick pointing, façade repair, curb repair, windows, and other electrical work. INFOTRAN is also involved in providing MEP inspections as needed.
