Bus Customer Attitude Tracking Study
INFOTRAN, under the existing contract for traffic engineering, is providing a 2023 Bus Customer Attitude Tracking Study for the PANYNJ at two locations – Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) and George Washington Bridge Bus Station (GWBBS). The scope includes the following. Design & produce and administer paper and digital surveys & appropriate sampling and analysis plans.
