INFOTRAN as a prime consultant, performed traffic data collection and traffic impact analysis for Bay Plaza, performed field observations, manual and automated TMC on weekdays and weekends to identify current traffic flow conditions in the vicinity of Bay Plaza, summarized the counted traffic volumes to identify the existing traffic volumes during the peak hours of the count periods, performed capacity analyses comparing the intersection capacities to the existing traffic volumes to identify the current traffic operating conditions.
