Construction Inspection Services at Baruch & Lavanburg Houses

INFOTRAN is serving as a sub consultant, providing scheduling and estimating services to NYCHA as part of the restoration program at Baruch Houses and Lavanburg Homes, New York, NY.

The scheduler’s roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting in monthly cash flow reports, Developing/Maintaining Master Project Schedule (MPS) on a bi-weekly basis, preparing two-week look-ahead schedules and reports showing changes in the schedule
• Evaluating claims for delay (if needed), and report impacts to overall project, and prepare recovery reports/schedules, as necessary
• Reviewing and analyzing CC’s schedule

INFOTRAN is also providing one competent part time experienced Estimator whose roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Reviewing drawings and specifications for the overall project
• Performing review pricing and take offs
• Identifying the most significant cost/risk impact on the project
• Evaluating the contractor’s change orders and proposed adjustment to construction contract price and time
• Assisting NYCHA in negotiating change orders
• Reviewing the effect of change to the Master project schedule and assist project scheduler as needed
• Assisting in reviewing/revising project cash flow forecast whenever there is a significant change in project cost
• Assisting NYCHA in preparing project estimating reports
