Professional Services for CDBG-DR Project Management Support Services II

InfoTran served as a prime consultant, being awarded this contract to support the Authority with Project Management support services for Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR). The general scope includes identifying the unmet recovery need as the scope of work necessary to repair buildings to a decent, safe and sanitary condition outlined by HUD and to fire, life, safety standard outlined by the New York State Uniform Building Code and/or local building code where necessary. Additionally, InfoTran also provides support to the program in understanding the cost of repair by understanding the existing conditions of specific projects in specific communities.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
• Preparing construction cost estimates to support change orders
• Imputation and quality control of information detailed in Xactimate software
• Professional advice on the architecture and engineer of specific scopes of work
• Review of plans, permits, and an analysis of the local zoning ordinance
• Development of plans, permits, professional opinions, and other deliverables to solve multivariate problems surrounding design and construction projects, site inspections
