UPK Site Viability Assessment and Construction Monitoring

INFOTRAN is contracted as a Prime consultant  to provide construction management services for the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE). The scope of work includes providing all services required for inspection, management, coordination and administration of the Project, so that the required construction work is properly executed, and completed in a timely manner and conforms to the requirements of the construction contract.

The scope of the services will include the following tasks divided into two stages of work: Mobilization and Training, and Pilot Projects. The Pilot Projects stage will be further subdivided into a Site Viability phase and a Construction Monitoring phase.
