Architectural Services for NYCSCA-M438@M460 Room Conversions

The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) manages the design, construction, and renovation of school facilities in New York City. The SCA Department of Architecture & Engineering delivers designs for safe, attractive, and environmentally sound public schools for the children of the City of New York by consistently eliciting the highest standards of quality and performance.

INFOTRAN, as a sub-consultant is providing Architectural & Engineering Services under an On-Call contract. This task order scope includes Converting 4 existing rooms into 5 classrooms and 2 resource rooms. The tasks and scope reports must adhere to SCA CIP and SCA CTF guidelines. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

• Conduct Field Survey & attend Project Kick-off meeting. Perform general administrative tasks, and develop & submit meeting minutes.
• Develop and Submit Draft CTF Room Conversion Scope Report.
• Develop & submit architectural contract drawings to 100% design
• Develop & Submit BCC Filing drawings
