InfoTran Engineers, PC (INFOTRAN) is excited to announce that we have been approved by the Empire State Development (ESD) Board of Directors for inclusion to the list of Pre-Qualified Owner’s Representatives. Under this contract, INFOTRAN will provide Real Estate development and construction Owner’s Representative services to includes project planning, scheduling, budgeting, construction monitoring, and close-out on a task order basis.
