INFOTRAN Expands Architectural Practice with Strategic New Jersey Acquisition

INFOTRAN Engineers & Architects, PC is pleased to announce the acquisition of select architectural assets and project operations from a New Jersey–based architectural practice previously operating within a national multidisciplinary engineering organization.

This strategic transaction represents an important step in INFOTRAN’s continued growth and strengthens our integrated architecture and engineering platform across the Northeast. The acquisition expands our architectural team and project portfolio in New Jersey while further enhancing our ability to serve public-sector and infrastructure clients.

As part of the transition, several ongoing architectural engagements, operational resources, and members of the architectural team supporting those projects have joined INFOTRAN. This integration increases our capacity to deliver comprehensive planning, architectural, and engineering services to transportation agencies, municipalities, public authorities, and institutional clients throughout New York and New Jersey.

“This acquisition aligns with INFOTRAN’s long-term strategy of expanding our architectural leadership while strengthening our multidisciplinary design capabilities,” said Sridhar Uttara, President of INFOTRAN. “The addition of this experienced architectural team enhances our ability to support complex public-sector and infrastructure projects across the region.”

“This is an exciting step in the continued growth of INFOTRAN’s architectural practice,” said Francisco Ruela, AIA, LEED AP, Senior Vice President and Principal Architect. “The integration of this talented team brings valuable experience in public-sector architecture and strengthens our ability to deliver integrated design solutions for complex civic and infrastructure projects.”

The transition was executed through close coordination between leadership teams to ensure continuity of service, preservation of client relationships, and seamless delivery of ongoing projects.

This acquisition further reinforces INFOTRAN’s commitment to expanding its architecture and engineering services across transportation infrastructure, civic facilities, institutional buildings, and public-sector programs throughout the Northeast.
