Redevelopment of Multi-Storey Building on Walnut Street
INFOTRAN as a prime consultant prepared various site plans for multi-story residential, commercial, office and retail establishments for different clients in Walnut Street Redevelopment District of East Orange, NJ. The scope of the project included preparing land use plans, site plans, grading, electrical, mechanical, and zoning maps. Our professional staff helped clients evaluate site development criteria based on their unique needs for projects such as infrastructure improvements, major/minor development projects, traffic and parking improvements, construction of new buildings. Site plans were prepared to incorporate permitting parameters to avoid problems at review times.
Info Tran was involved in the initial conceptual stages through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and bidding and construction oversight.
